GENERAL INFORMATION

TERMS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Prepays with check, cash or money order.  We also have open account terms of Net 30 days with prior approval.  Credit Application must be filled out, signed and submitted for credit approval.  All sales are final.  We cannot accept returns on customized items, unless due to a manufacturer defect.

DELIVERY
Delivery 7-10 Working Days  Please provide us with an In Hands Date or Event Date.  We also have rush services available.   Please ask your Account Manager for details.

SHIPPING
Most Shipping and handling charges are F.O.B. Rogers, Minnesota via UPS.  We also ship via local courier when applicable.  Non-Stock items are F.O.B. Plant.

BACKORDERS
Backorders can occur from time to time.  Unless notified otherwise, items not shipped will be back ordered and shipped when stock is replenished.  If you do not want your backorder shipped, please inform us so our records can be adjusted.

RETURNS
Returns can be made within 30 days of invoice for exchange or credit.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Items that have been worn, washed, altered, soiled,  embroidered, screen printed or customized will not be accepted unless due to manufacturer defect.

ARTWORK
We accept camera-ready artwork in the following formats Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower (.ai) or (.eps) and must be in a PC Windows format.  We cannot open or work with Macintosh files.  If your artwork is not camera ready, such as .jpeg, we can convert the artwork into a camera-ready format for a small fee, usually around $60.  Artwork can be e-mailed or sent on disk, cd or DVD.  Please also include any non-standard fonts with your file and provide us with your PMS colors for your logo.  We also have full art capabilities, such as logo creation, design and layouts.  Please call for a quote.

GUARANTEE
All products we sell are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days and will be replaced or credited.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%.
